165g butter, softened to room temperature 3/4 cup CSR castor sugar 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 cup light sour cream 1.25 cups SR flour grated rind of 1 orange 1/2 cup dark chocolate bits

Preheat oven to 170°C for fan forced, 190°C for conventional oven. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each addition. Add sour cream. Slow mixer to a low speed and add sifted flour. Fold orange rind through. Spoon batter into 1/2 cup muffin pans, makes about 15. Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Serve as they are warm, or when cooled ice with orange frosting and garnish with orange zest. Hope you enjoy them. They have a delicious jaffa/chocolate flavour.
