These are super cute and ever so easy to make!!
Tis the same recipe that you use to make choccie spiders but instead of shaping into the form of a spider shape into a lil birdies nest with a hollow to hold some jelly bean "eggs."
You will need...
1 pkt of Chang’s Original Fried Noodles (100g)
2 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter
200g of cooking chocolate (milk or dark) - although I just use a block of Cadbury Dairymilk.
Pkt of jelly beans (any colour works fine however if you can get your hands on some of the gourmet type jelly beans then the pale blue speckled ones look divine).
You then need to...
Microwave chocolate and peanut butter in microwave safe mixing bowl for about 30 seconds on high. If not melted, then microwave again in 5 second intervals. Mix well until it is a smooth paste. Add noodles and coat them well. Spoon the mixture onto grease-proof paper on a baking tray to form a nest shape with a slight hollow. Place 3 "eggs" in each nest then place baking tray with nests in fridge until set.

The Choccie Bird Nests look so easy to make.
A lady at work gave me some home-made rocky-road for Christmas, and it was 'delish'. Your word there. LOL
I asked her for the recipe, and I'm planning to make it for gifts for next Christmas.
I thought I'd share it here, and this can also be my response to your blog from 7 December to share biccie/cookie recipe, even though rocky-road isn't technically a biscuit, more a chocolate. LOL
Home Made Rocky Road - Christmas Present Idea.
Melt one slab of Cadbury’s chocolate.
Place in bottom of greased dish.
Place a layer small marshmallows on top of chocolate.
Chop a cherry ripe into little pieces.
Top with another layer of melted Cadbury’s chocolate.
Set in the fridge.
Cut into squares.
Place in paper Christmas cup.
Cover with a contrasting colour cellophane paper.
Tie a contrasting coloured piece of curling ribbon around cup.
To make the ends curl, run scissors on the underside of the ribbon.
The more scissoring you do, the curlier the ends of the ribbon become.
