I believe that the Universe orchestrates endings to enable new opportunities (for the better) to unfold. The time in-between, no matter how short, is oftentimes stressful. All the what if's play out in your mind and faith your usual compass has temporarily lost all bearings. Then as if by magic a faint light appears in the gloom. As the light becomes brighter, everything seems to come alive and appears more colourful, showing us new and wondrous things on offer.
Methinks 2013 is going to be a year filled with promise for my lil family. Hope you all stick around and come along for the ride ;)

I'm working on this one Kimmie. Sometimes it's a hard thing to do, specially when closing the door is on someone you lovely dearly.

Love this post! I feel the same way, it's time for some good things to come our way!! We just need to keep our eye on the door that's about to open, and yes, quite worrying about the one that closed! Mr. Bell was a smart man indeed... ;0) I know that you will have a wonderful 2013 - think positive!!

So very true. And somtimes the new door leads to a stairway to the stars and sometimes to a cellar, but it always seems to be the right thing in the end. Even in the darkness, one can find light....x
I love this post...so true! I had a door finally close properly at the end of last year and like you I hope a new door opens for me this year. Here's to our 2 doors opening.
